He is a fundamental team member responsible for a plethora of management systems originating from manual to the now highly technical. His extensive experience is essential in skillfully solving client’s complex logistics challenges while executing expert solutions to meet 100% client satisfaction. As Senior Manager he oversees a team yet maintains a hands on approach to successfully manage multi-million dollar accounts both domestic and internationally. Jim is well versed in all industry areas included but not limited to Import/Export, Airfreight,domestic transportation and client resolution.
