In 1998, Susan joined RCL at age 23. After several years in Exports she transitioned to handling
import shipments and today she is managing and developing the Import Department. Her
knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping serve as an invaluable assets in her
role as the Import Logistics Manager. Susan has a natural ability to lead, resolve any problem
and her capacity to adapt to meet complex needs play an essential role in establishing rapport
with customers and co-workers. She inspires confidence, leadership and tenacity to reach to the
top of any field of endeavor.RCL is more than a job to her, it is her family!
Susan is a devoted and proud mother of two, Sophia 12 and Penelope 4; both kind, witty, and
clever with a bit of sass just like mom. In 2017 Susan married her soulmate and has a big
beautiful blended family. She is loyal, honest and has one great sense of humor; truly one of a
kind. Oh and did we mention she was a US Marine Corp. If you know her, what’s not to love!
